1 package soba noodles, cooked and cooled
1 lb. flank steak, grilled, thin sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
1 Tbs. Rice wine vinegar
1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger, chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1. Place cooked noodles and beef in bowl.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and toss thoroughly. Serve with noodles and beef on top.
